Town of Wasaga Beach by-laws treat stays of 30 nights or less as short-term accommodation. We only host stays of 31 nights or more.
Can an insurance company or employer pay for the stay?
Yes. Insurance companies have booked and paid for two family placements here, for 3.5 and 5 months. Companies can pay monthly too. Tell us who is paying when you inquire.
Are pets allowed?
Pets welcome. Tell us the type and number when you inquire. The yard is fully fenced with a locking gate.
Is the pool safe for children?
Fully fenced yard with a locking gate. Children must be supervised by an adult around the pool at all times. Pool use is at guests' own risk. The pool is heated and open seasonally.
